Mankind – an image generating sound

Mankind – an image generating sound. This is an art project from my series of images which actually are generating sound. They consist of a metal plate with a vibration device (shaker) on the back, which is playing a mp3-file. So the viewer can see, hear and feel, what it is about. The piece is an ink drawing on a Chinese calligraphy paper. The sound is done by using SOMA Lyra-8, MOOG Soundstudio and field recordings.
